YoShirt is an app for creating customized apparel and accessories. Due to the fun and exciting nature of their product YoShirt never encountered problems with user acquisition, their main issue was getting the user through the entire process of creating his own shirt. The process itself is relatively complicated and as a result, many of their users never finished their purchase. Our challenge was to reacquire users who downloaded the app, yet didn’t finish their purchase.
