One of our clients was an online shop specializing in selling nail polish and other nail-related accessories. The store opened in 2015 and was already making significant profit when they reached out to us. Their add to cart rate, however, was relatively low despite the website’s clean and clear design. The store wanted us to increase their add to cart rate, without making any significant changes to their store’s design.
Our team ran several A/B tests on the store’s product page, and managed to increase their add to cart rate by 2.17 percentage points. One of the keys to increasing their A2C rate was testing different copy options for the add to cart button. Their CR experienced a 114% increase once we changed the copy from “Buy Now” to “Yes, I want it now”.
